摘要 对VARI制备高长径比复合材料过程中的树脂流动行为进行模拟与实验研究,利用PAM-RTM软件模拟树脂流动过程,讨论了各工艺参数对树脂流动的影响,并通过实验测试对模拟结果进行了验证与比较。研究表明,纤维增强体孔隙率越大、注射压力越大和树脂粘度越低,树脂的填充速度越快。在模具直径>φ4 mm、注射压力>0.3 MPa、树脂粘度≤0.9Pa˙s和纤维体积分数≤60%的情况下,可以实现较长试件的快速注射,所需注胶时间最高不超过2 h。 In this paper, the resin flow behavior during VARI preparation of composites with high length to diameter ratio was studied. Resin flow process was simulated by PAM-RTM software and the influences of various process parameters on the resin flow were discussed. The results of the simulation were then verified and compared through experimental research. Researches show that the lager fiber reinforcement porosity, the lager injection pressure and the lower viscosity of resin can all result faster resin filling. When the mold diameter is more than 4 mm, the injection pressure is higher than 0.3 MPa, the resin viscosity is not higher than 900 MPa˙s, and fiber volume content is not higher than 60%, rapid injection of long specimen can be achieved in 2 hours.
