摘要
目的探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者血清半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)表达水平与心室重构的相关性。方法选取2012年3月至2013年3月入院的100例EH患者为EH组,分为高血压伴左室肥厚(LVH)组40例,高血压不伴左室肥厚(NLVH)组60例。选取健康体检者30例作为健康对照(CON)组。检测各组血清Galectin-3和hs-CRP浓度。彩色超声心动图测量相关指标并计算反应心室重构指标-左室质量指数(LVMI),分析Galectin-3和hs-CRP水平与LVMI的相关性。结果 NLVH组和LVH组血清Galectin-3、hs-CRP表达水平以及LVMI均高于CON组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);LVH组血清Galectin-3、hs-CRP表达水平及LVMI均高于NLVH组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,EH患者血清Galectin-3和hs-CRP水平与LVMI呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 EH患者血清Galectin-3和hs-CRP表达水平与心室重构有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum levels of Galectin- 3 /hs- CRP and ventricular remodeling in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 100 cases of patients with essential hypertension who from March 2012 to March 2013 as included as essential hypertension( EH) group. According to the diagnostic criteria of left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertension guidelines in 2007 Europe,patients with Hypertension were divided into two groups: 40 cases of hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy( LVH) group and 60 cases of hypertension without left ventricular hypertrophy( NLVH) group. 30 cases healthy people were included as control( CON) group. The each group's serum concentration of Galectin- 3 and hs- CRP were tested. Echocardiography was used to measure related indexes,then calculated Left Ventricular Mass Index( LVMI) which can react ventricular remodeling,and make a correlation analysis on Galectin- 3 and hs- CRP. Results The levels of Galectin- 3 / hs- CRP and LVMI in NLVH group and LVH group were significantly higher than those in CON group( P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). Serum levels of Galectin- 3 / hs- CRP and LVMI elevated significantly in LVH group than in NLVH group( P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01).Pearson Linear correlation analysis showed that Galectin- 3 and hs- CRP were positively correlated with LVMI( P〈0. 01). Conclusion The expression levels of Galectin- 3 and hs- CRP were correlated with ventricular remodeling.
