异体输血对围手术期胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者血清IL-2、PGE2水平的影响与分析

Study on influence of perioperative homologous blood transfusion on serum levels of IL- 2 and PGE2 in patients with gastrointestinal tumor

目的探讨异体输血对围手术期胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者血清白介素-2(IL-2)与前列腺素E2(PGE2)的影响。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,将25例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者,按是否输血分为两组:异体输血组13例和未输血组12例。分别检测两组患者术前第1天、术后1 d、术后7 d的血清IL-2、PGE2含量。结果两组患者根治术前后血清中IL-2和PGE2水平之间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术后1 d、术后7 d的IL-2和PGE2水平也无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论胃肠道恶性肿瘤根治术前后,病人的免疫状况无明显变化,术后短期内肿瘤复发转移可能性小。另外胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者围手术期异体输血,短期内对患者的免疫功能无明显影响。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative homologous blood transfusion on serum levels of IL- 2 and PGE2 in patients with gastrointestinal tumor. Methods A total of 25 patients with gastrointestinal tumor were divided into two groups,patients in group 1 did not received blood transfusion,patients in group 2 received homologous blood transfusion. The serum levels of IL- 2 and PGE2 were preoperatively determined and re- measured at 1 and 7 days after operation. Results The serum levels of IL- 2 and PGE2 had no difference in 2 groups between before and after operation（ P 〉0. 05）,and the difference between 2 groups in 1 and 7 days after operation was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The immune function of patients had no obvious change before and after operation,and the possibility of recurrence and metastasis of tumor in short term is minimal. Perioperative allogeneic blood transfusion has little influence on short term immune function of patients.
