摘要
随着原油加工量和乙烯产量的增加,石化企业热电厂的产能也不断提高,导致二氧化硫排放量增大。对热电厂烟气脱硫技术方案进行比选,结果表明,采用乙烯废碱法烟气脱硫技术,使用乙烯装置产生的废碱液作为烟气脱硫吸收剂,节约企业处理废碱液的费用,符合环保要求。
With the increasing of crude oil processing volume,the capacity of thermal power plants of petrochemicalenterprises has been increasing,and this led to sulfur dioxide emissions increased. Comparison and selection was made tothe fume gas desulfurization technical schemes. The result showed that using the spent caustic as the fume gasdesulfurization absorbent can save the spent caustic treatment cost of enterprises and meet the environmental protectionrequirement.
