主吊起重机负载移动吊装大型设备的技术应用

Technical application of main lifting crane load moving for hoisting large equipment

石化生产装置中大型立式设备的吊装,通常是采取主起重机原地站位提升、而辅助起重机转杆递送或溜尾履带起重机前行递送的施工方法。但有时由于作业空间受限,在工件较长、辅助起重机吊装能力受限的情况下,可以通过主起重机负载移动至转杆落吊位置,从而实现大型设备的吊装就位。

When hoisting large vertical equipment in petrochemical production plants,normally the construction method isthat the main crane stands in its original space for lifting,and the auxiliary crane＇s rotary boom delivers or the tail crawlercrane moves forward to deliver. However,because the work space is limited sometimes,so under the condition that theworkpiece is comparatively long and auxiliary crane＇s lifting capacity is limited,the large equipment can be lifted inposition by moving the main crane load forward to the rotary lever＇s moving down position.
