摘要
某石化生产装置的塑料颗粒分离器的提升板叶片经常发生断裂。为了查明提升板叶片的断裂原因,对断裂叶片进行了检测分析,查清了叶片断裂性质与原因,并采取了相应的技术措施,彻底解决了提升板叶片的断裂问题。
In a petrochemical production plant,lifting plate blades of a set of plastic particle separator often fracture. Inorder to find out the cracking causes of the blade,the fractured blade was tested for analysis to find out fracture propertiesand reasons of the blade. The corresponding technical measures were taken to solve the problem of the plate fracture.
