摘要
在工程建设投资控制管理过程中,经常存在投资估算的不可控现象,文中针对影响投资估算失控的因素,以及如何控制投资估算进行了分析、探讨,并提出了相应的建议。
During engineering construction investment control management,the phenomenon that the investment estimationis uncontrollable exists frequently. Aiming at the influencing factors of investment estimation and how to control investmentestimation,this paper made analysis and discussion,and put forward relevant suggestions.
