高校就业指导课程建设新思考

Reflections on Construction of College Employment Guidance Curriculum

全国高校毕业生人数的逐年增加,以及国家经济发展对人才需求的新情况等诸多因素,使得当前的高校毕业生面临着更加严峻的就业形势。为了帮助和促进毕业生就业,高校加强了就业指导,开设就业指导课,但从实际效果来看尚未达到该课程的预期效果。分析了当前高校就业指导课的现状以及存在的问题,对进一步加强高校就业指导课建设,从思想认识、课程体系、教学方法、队伍建设和科学研究等方面提出了新的思考。

College graduates are faced with a more and more severe employment situation due to the increasing number of graduates year by year and the new demand for talents in national economic development.In order to alleviate this dilemma,colleges and universities have strengthened the employment guidance and offered relevant courses,yet it has not reached expected results.This article analyzes current situation and problems of employment guidance curriculum,aims to put forward new reflections on further construction of college employment guidance curriculum in terms of ideology,curriculum system,teaching methods,team-building and scientific research.
