摘要
为研究湖北江陵凤凰山168号墓出土的西汉古尸在保存近40年后ABO血型物质的变化情况,对古尸左上臂的肌肉组织采用抑制凝集试验的方法进行ABO血型物质检测,并用已知O型血人肝脏组织作对照试验。结果表明西汉古尸的ABO血型为AB型,血型物质未发生改变,目前采用的保存液对古尸组织血型物质能够起到有效的保护作用。
The objective is to investigate changes of ABO blood substances of the ancient corpse of the Western Han Dynasty unearthed from NO.168 tomb on the Phoenix Hill after 40 years in the preservation solution.The ABO blood substances have been detected by means of the inhibition agglutination test in the left arm muscle tissue of the ancient corpse of Western Han Dynasty unearthed and meanwhile liver tissues of the certain people of type O blood have been taken for the controlled test.The results shows type ABO blood of the ancient corpse of the Western Han Dynasty is in fact type AB blood group.It can be concluded that the blood substances of the ancient corpse of the Western Han Dynasty unearthed has not changed for 40 years,which can be protected effectively by the chemical preservation solution applied.
