摘要
目的观察人性化护理管理模式应用于骨科患者的临床效果。方法 424例骨科患者按照患者意愿分为试验组244例和对照组180例。试验组实施人性化护理,对照组实施常规护理。比较2组患者对于护理服务的评价和满意度。结果试验组满意度99.6%高于对照组的88.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理管理模式应用于骨科能够提高患者对于护理服务的总体满意度,缓和日趋紧张的护患关系,对医院发展也具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the value of humanization nursing management mode applied in nursing management of department of orthopedics. Methods According to the patients' willingness,424 patients in the department of orthopedics were divided into the experimental group( 244 cases) and control group( 180 cases). The experimental group carried out humanistic nursing,and the control group received routine nursing care. Compared evaluation of nursing service and satisfaction of two groups. Results The overall satisfaction of patients care of the control group was 99. 6% which was higher than 88. 9%in control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Humanization nursing management mode applied to the department of orthopedics nursing management can improve the patients to the overall satisfaction of nursing service,as well as to ease the growing tension in the relationship between nurses and patients,also has the important significance to the development of the hospital.
