摘要
种子活力的测定是筛选出高质量种子的重要依据。针对目前种子活力测定的标准方法——低温发芽试验存在的应用限制,对比、分析几种生产上常用的检测方法的测定结果,以筛选出简单易行、准确度高的种子活力测定方法。
The determination of seed activity is an important reference for selecting high quality seed. The article expounds present stan-dard method for determining seed activity： the application limits existing in the experiment of sprouting in low temperature, compared and analyzed the results from several usual determining methods in production, in order to select out simple and accurate method for seed activity determining.
