鉴于玉米不再是人的口粮,而是牲畜的饲草料。现在需要与时俱进地对玉米从战略高度进行定位:全株玉米营养体应该包括"玉米粒+玉米秸"。全株玉米主用途应该是发展牛羊畜牧业的"饲草+饲料"。由于全株玉米营养体是我国最大的饲草料资源量,需要将解决牛羊饲草料问题的途径放在全株玉米身上。由于牛羊畜牧业是全株玉米最大的消费和转化主体,要将解决玉米粒库存过剩、玉米秸焚烧浪费的出路放在玉米饲草料化上面。

In view of the fact that the corn is no longer the rations of human beings, but livestock for- age, now maize need to be positioned from the strategic positioning and keep pace with the times. For ex- ample, the whole plant corn nutrition body should include ＂corn ＋ corn straw＂. Therefore, the main pur- pose of whole plant corn should be the forage and feed of developing cattle and sheep husbandry. Because the whole plant corn vegetative was the largest amount forage resources of China, the whole plant corn would be the key part of the approach to solving the problem of cattle and sheep forage. The cattle and sheep husbandry was the largest consumption and transformation part of whole plant corn, so the way of solving the corn grain excess inventory and the waste of burning corn straw should base on the corn for- age.
