摘要
[目的]为了探索牧区牦牛育肥的最佳饲养方式,促使牦牛商品化,消除越冬时消瘦和死亡风险,实施牦牛高效饲养技术与适时出栏技术相结合,改变本地区传统的放牧饲养模式,促进牦牛业向效益型畜牧业转变,为今后普及牦牛全舍饲育肥、放牧补饲育肥等饲养方式,提供可靠数据和标准化饲养管理技术。[方法]于2012年11月~2013年4月,在贵南县开展了牦牛全舍饲、放牧补饲两种育肥方法,并对其生长情况及育肥效果进行分析,[结果]通过4个月的育肥,全舍饲育肥组、放牧补饲组、对照组的体重分别为162.00、164.70、100.40。且对照组与牛舍饲组、放牧补饲组的体重增长影响差异显著(P〈0.05)。
[Objective]In order to explore the best yak fattening in pastoral area, prompt the yak com- mercialization, and eliminate the weight loss and the risk of death in winter, as well as to carry out fficient technology combining, such as slaughtering timely, change the local traditional grazing feeding mode, pro- mote the transformation of the yak industry into the benefit type of animal husbandry, this study was done, so that it could supply reliable data and standardization of feeding and management technology in the future, when popularize the whole barn feeding, grazing and supplementary feeding and other feeding methods of yak fattening. [Method]From November 2012 to April 2013, this study carried out full feed- ing, grazing and supplementary feeding to feed yak in Guinan county, and it analyzed the growth effects and fattening effects of the yak. [Result] Through 4 months fattening, the weight of the full feeding fatte- ning group, the grazing and supplementary feeding group and the control group was 162 kg, 164.70 kg, 100.40 kg, respectively. In addition, compared with the control group, the effect of full feeding group, grazing and supplementary feeding group weight growth showed the significant differences (P〈0.05).
