摘要
本文从鲁西黄牛的产区环境谈起,论述了鲁西黄牛品种的形成与特征、牛肉的品质风味,进而分析了鲁西黄牛的现状,并提出了针对品种资源保护的对策与建议。
According to the production environment of Luxi cattle, this paper discussed the formation, characteristics of this breed as well as the quality and flavor of beef. With all of these information, it also analyzed the current situation of the Luxi cattle and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions a- bout the protection of this breed resource.
