摘要
以中交·上东湾建筑项目为例,结合项目用地及周边现状,对建筑设计原则进行了介绍,主要从花园洋房、高层、配套公建、商业四个角度阐述了建筑设计方案,使建筑设计达到美观、实用、舒适的效果。
Taking the architectural project of Zhongjiao＆#183;Shangdongwan as an example,combining with the project land use and surrounding situ-ation,introduced the architectural design principles,mainly from the garden villas,high-rise,matching public facilities construction,commercial four aspects elaborated the architectural design scheme,made the architectural design to the beautiful,practical,comfortable effect.
