非酒精性脂肪肝离体细胞模型的建立 被引量:6

摘要 随着人们生活水平提高,非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)及非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的发病率呈逐年上升趋势[1,2],严重威胁人类健康。目前,对NAFL的研究最常采用的是动物模型,但动物模型存在个体差异大,研究周期长,实验条件不易控制等不利因素。而细胞模型能较好地克服上述因素,有针对性地研究NAFL发病的细胞机制,且能进一步缩短药物干预的进程[3,4]。
