摘要
子宫肌瘤为妇科常见良性肿瘤，临床尚缺乏理想的治疗方法。本文分析子宫肌瘤的常见临床病理特点，影像学特征．药物治疗及手术治疗的原理、临床效果及优劣势等，广泛总结国内外子宫肌瘤研究成果及技术进展，以期为临床医师诊断、治疗子宫肌瘤提供帮助。
Uterine leiomyoma is a kind of common gynecological benign tumor, without ideal treatment in clinic. This paper analyzes the common clinical and pathological characteristics, imaging features, principle of drug and operative treatment, clinical effect, advantages and disadvantages of uterine fibroids, widely summarizing the domestic and foreign research achievement and technical progress of uterine fibroids, in order to provide the help of clinical diagnosis and treatment for uterine fibroids.
