Research Progress of Dental Restoration after Root Canal Therapy

去除根管内的感染物质能减少不良刺激对根尖周组织的影响，防止疾病进一步发展并促进牙髓愈合。近年来根管治疗的基础与临床研究取得巨大进步，机械通过改良后使用效果更好，本文总结根管治疗后牙体修复的研究进展，以期指导今后的临床工作。

Removing the infected material within the root canal can reduce adverse stimulation on periapical tissue, prevent disease further develop- ment and promote pulpal healing. The basic and clinical researches of root canal therapy have made great progress in recent years, the effect is better with improved machinery, this paper summarizes the research progress in dental restoration after root canal therapy, in order to guide the clinical work in the future.
