血清BNP、胱抑素C、CA125水平与老年慢性心力衰竭的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨血清B型利钠肽(BNP)、胱抑素C(Cys C)、CA125水平与老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能分级的关系及其临床价值。方法:选取112例年龄≥60岁的老年CHF患者,按美国纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)标准分为II、III、IV级;同时选取年龄≥60岁无CHF的患者66例纳入对照组。分别测定血清BNP、胱抑素C、CA125及左心室射血分数等指标,并进行相关性分析。结果:CHF组BNP、Cys C、CA125水平均显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),血清BNP、Cys C、CA125水平在CHF不同心功能分级之间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);血清BNP、Cys C、CA125三者联合检测敏感性、特异性均较高。结论:老年CHF患者血清BNP、Cys C、CA125浓度升高,并随心功能级别增高而递增,提示联合检测血清BNP、Cys C、CA125对老年CHF患者心功能评估具有重要临床价值。
