电涌保护器(SPD)中ZnO压敏电阻器的组合性能

摘要 本文综述了电涌保护器(SPD)中Zn O压敏电阻器的并联性能和并联实验结果,借用文献[1]的研究成果,利用压敏电压U1m A这一参数进行选片,综合提出了有效的选片方法。在低压电气系统中安装两个或两个以上SPD,综述介绍了SPD之间的能量配合。 This paper introduces the performance and experiment result of parallel connection of ZnO varistors among surge protection devices. Accordingly, effective methods of SMT selection are presented with the help of literature review. What' s more, two or more SPD will be installed in low-voltage electrical system. Energy coordination between SPDs is introduced as well.
