摘要
运用田野调查的方法对D校初中二年级F班班干部的产生和权力结构进行描述,发现能否当选班干部关键在于能否满足班主任的要求以及是否具有良好的学业成绩。班干部权力体现在细碎的班级结构因子中:在班主任的约束下,班干部权力具有"半依附性"特征;在班干部内部,班干部权力呈现出"松散性"特征;相对于大队委员,班干部权力受到了他们的强势"挤压";而对于一般学生,班干部权力表现为一种受"抵制"的权力。
The study attempts to describe the acquisition of position and framwork of the power of class leaders, by the data which are gathered by ifeld study from Class F Grade 2 of D Junior high School. We found that the selection of class leaders depend on whether they can meet the requirements of the head teacher and their own academic achievement. The power of class leaders was relfected in the class structure factors: it was partly characterized by depending on the head teacher and loose relationship among themselves. What’s more, it was strongly squeezed by the young pioneer members and resisted by their classmates.
