摘要
电气线路互联系统(EWIS)是用于飞机机载设备之间传输电能和电信号的元器件及其辅助材料的统称。民用飞机EWIS系统线束的敷设和安装中使用的金属卡箍是支撑电缆或线束,提供应力释放、吸收振动与冲击、更改敷设路径等的器件。针对民用飞机中使用的AS23190/4带垫金属卡箍的结构、参数、安装和使用限制进行分析说明,为电气线路互联系统线束敷设金属卡箍的使用提供参考。
Electrical Wiring Interconnection System（ EWIS） includes all of the electrical components which are responsible for transporting electrical power and signal between airborne systems. Metallic clamp used in harness routing is a device mainly used for supporting harness,and main purpose is to relax force and attract vibration and strike,change harness routing. This paper gives the research of metallic clamp AS23190 /4 about structure,parameter,mount and using restrict,provides reference on the using of metallic clamp of civil aircraft.
