芬兰移动电信产业发展分析

The Development of Mobile Communication Industry in Finland

本文分析了芬兰移动通信产业发展的成功经验。首先按照世界移动通信技术演进的顺序对芬兰移动通信产业的发展进行了三个阶段的划分 ,指出芬兰移动通信产业取得成功的一个关键要素就是对技术发展方向的准确把握和跟进 ;继而 ,从市场自由化、投资和建立产业群集以及国际协作的角度概括了芬兰移动通信产业发展的特点。文章认为 ,芬兰移动通信产业的成功得益于对世界经济和欧洲经济发展潮流的顺应 ,它的成功对于技术落后、经济处于发展阶段的国家发展高新技术、完成追赶目标具有参考价值。

This paper examines the successful experience of the Development of the Mobile C ommunication Industry in Finland. According to the process of the development, i t divides the development of the industry into 3 stages and points out that, the key element that makes the industry a successful one is the accurate judgment a nd following up of the related technology. It analyses the development in Finla nd in the aspects of liberalization of the market, investm ent and establishment of the clusters within the industry and international col laboration. It argues that the success of the Mobile Communication Industry in F inland can be explained by its adaptation to the economic development in Europe and the world. The success should be regarded as a valuable experience to the developi ng countries seeking development of high end technology.
