摘要
【摘要】新加坡将学前教育专科教师的专业发展证书划分为初、中、高三级,分别是早期教育保教证书、早期教育教学文凭、早期教育保教专业文凭和早期教育管理文凭。为此,新加坡学前教育认证委员会(PQAC)专门制定了学前教育专科人才培养课程标准。这一课程标准倡导以儿童为本,强调终身学习,表现出能力导向、反思实践取向和重视与家庭、社区合作的特点。这一课程标准可为我国学前教育专业课程改革提供有益借鉴。
In Singapore, certificate of teachers specialized in preschool education are divided into three types: beginning, in- termediate, and high, which are Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education, Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Edu- cation-Teaching, Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education and Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Educa- tion-Leadership respectively. For this purpose, curriculum standards for specialized training in preschool education are estab- lished, which emphasizes children orientation and lifelong learning with the features of "ability-driven", "reflective-practice orientation" and emphasis on family and community cooperation. The Singapore curriculum standards provide some enlight- enment on the reform of preschool education major in China.
