摘要 根据智能变电站对无功补偿设备的要求,需要进行研制智能化集成式并联电容器无功补偿装置智能终端,根据特性功能划分,把测量IED、空调控制IED、隔离/接地开关控制IED、避雷器在线监测IED、保护IED整合为无功补偿装置智能终端,结合集成式电容器无功补偿装置的就地运行情况完成智能非电量保护、隔离/接地开关控制、避雷器运行参数状态,实现无功补偿装置的智能控制、保护、运行状态监视和综合判断等功能。该智能终端完成研制对实现集成式并联电容器无功补偿装置的智能化有着重大意义。 According to the requirement of intelligent substation to the reactive power compensation equipment, the development of intelligent terminal for reactive power compensation device of intelligently integrated parallel capacitor is needed and, according to feature and function classification, the LED for measurement, air conditioning control, disconnector/earthing switch control, on line monitoring of arrester and protection are consolidated into the intelligent terminal of reactive power compensation device to complete intelligent non-electricity protection, control of disconnector/earthing switch, operation param eters condition of arrester with combination of local operation condition of reactive compensation device of integrated capacitor, and to achieve such functions as intelligent control, protection, operation condition monitoring and comprehensive judgment of the reactive power compensation device. The completion of intelligent terminal has important significance in the intelligence of reactive power device of integrated parallel capacitor.
