广东省工业环境效率的区域差异及影响因素分析

An Analysis on Regional Difference and Influencing Factors of Industrial Environmental Efficiency: An Empirical Study of Guangdong between 2000 and202 Based on SBM Model

本文采用数据包络分析中的非径向、非角度的SBM-V模型对广东省及四大区域2000--2012年的环境效率进行了测算,并对其影响因素进行了实证分析,得出以下结论:广东省在含有污染排放等非期望产值因素下得到的效率值明显低于不含污染排放因素下的效率值;经济发展水平、对外开放水平和区域因素对环境效率的影响作用仍然是显著为正的,但产业结构因素和能源消耗水平对环境效率的影响作用为负。

This article calculates environmental efficiency of Guangdong Province and its four regions between 2000 and 2012 based on the non-radial and non-angle SBM-V model, and empirically analyses the influencing factors. Guangdong＇s pollution environmental efficiency of unexpected value factors is significantly lower than that of non-pollution; the role of economic development level, the level of opening-up and the impact of regional factors on the environment is still positively efficient, while the industrial structure and energy consumption level of environmental efficiency is negative.
