基于C-D生产函数的内蒙古服务业生产效率测度

The Production Efficiency Measurement of Inner Mongolia Service Industry Based on Cobb- Douglas Production Function

服务业是国民经济的重要组成部分,是衡量地区经济发展程度的重要指标。服务业发展的核心是服务业生产效率的增长,所以本文首先通过对内蒙古服务业生产效率的现状分析,找出内蒙古服务业发展存在的问题,然后运用C-D生产函数对内蒙古服务业生产效率进行测度,得出内蒙古技术进步系数为0.55;内蒙古服务业资本产出弹性为0.62%;内蒙古服务业劳动投入产出弹性为0.38%。表明内蒙古服务业的技术进步系数比较小,劳动力投入比较少,服务业发展处于资本驱动阶段。最后,提出促进服务业健康协调发展、提高技术进步和劳动投入的对策建议。

Service industry is an important part of national economy. It is one of the important indicators to measure regional economic development. The core of the service industry development is the growth of efficiency in services production. Through the analysis about the present situation of the productivity of the service industry in Inner Mongolia,we find out the existing problems in the development of service industry in Inner Mongolia,and then we use C- D production function to measure of productivity in service industry in Inner Mongolia. Through the analysis of this article,we come to the conclusion as follows： the coefficient of the technology is 0. 55 in Inner Mongolia; the output elasticity of capital about services is 0. 62% in Inner Mongolia; the input and output elasticity of labor about services is 0. 38% in Inner Mongolia; The conclusion shows that the coefficient of the technical progress of service industry in Inner Mongolia is small,the input of the labor is small too. The service industry development is in the capital driven phase. Finally,we put forward suggestions on promoting coordinated and healthy development of services,improving technology progress and labor input.
