内蒙古县域发展水平综合评价研究

Comprehensive evaluation of the County Development in Inner Mongolia

旗县在政治、经济、文化等方面发挥着承上启下、连接城乡的作用。县域发展己经成为贯彻落实科学发展观的具体体现和全面建设小康社会及社会主义新农村的重大战略任务。文章对内蒙古县域综合发展的现状进行定性分析,并从经济、生态、社会三个角度构建综合评价指标体系,利用因子分析法分析县域综合发展水平,得出县域综合评价结果,从而分析其所反映的现实问题。并针对内蒙古县域发展的问题,提出相关的政策建议。

County plays a nexus connecting the role of urban and rural areas in such aspects as politics,economy and culture,. County development has become a concrete manifestation of carrying out scientific development view and a major strategic task of building a well- off society and a new socialist countryside. This article analyzes comprehensive development statue of Inner Mongolia counties qualitatively,constructs comprehensive evaluation index system from economic,ecological,social and uses factor analysis to extract seven principal components from 27 three indicators of Inner Mongolia 76 counties in 2011 and calculatescomprehensive scores of Inner Mongolia counties and ranks. According to the comprehensive scores,this paper analyzes the level of development of county and obtains result of county comprehensive evaluation. At last,it makes relevant policy recommendations.
