军队医院应对突发公共卫生事件的优势及能力建设探析

Discussion on superiority and competency construction of military hospital in response to public health emergency

通过分析突发公共卫生事件的类型、特点,以及军队医院在应对突发公共卫生事件中的优势,并从加强军地协同、做好应急预案、建立长效机制、完善善后处理工作四个方面对军队医院应对突发公共卫生事件的能力建设进行探讨,为今后军队医院应对突发公共卫生事件提供参考。

Through analyzing types and characteristics of public health emergency, and superiority of military hospital dealing with public health emergency, the author discussed the competency construction of military hospital responding to public health emer- gency from the following four aspects： strengthening military/civil cooperation, completion of emergency plans, setting up long-term mechanism and improvement of afterward disposal, so as to provide some references for military hospital handling with public health e- mergency in the future.
