火力发电厂斗轮机轴承集中润滑系统应用分析

摘要 斗轮机轴承集中润滑系统采用单线与多线并用的润滑方式,终端压力开关实时检测支路油压力,保证管道压力值恒定。温度传感器实时检测轴承温度,保证轴承处于正常温度下工作。通过合理精确地加注润滑油,改善轴承工作环境,延长轴承寿命,达到提高工作效率,节约能源的目的。 Single and multiple wire of lubrication method wer e used on the centralized lubrication system of Bucket turbine’s bearings, terminal branch pressure sensors were used to measure the oil pressure in each branch to make sure the pressure keep stability. Temperature sensors were used to measure the bearings’ temperature to make sure that bearings work on a normal temperature. By the means of filling lubricating oil reasonably and accurately, the bearings’ work environ-ment was improved and the bearings’ lifetime was extended, and this make the work efficiency improved and the energy saved.
