基于叶丝干燥速率特性的分组干燥研究 被引量:6

摘要 为提升干燥后叶丝综合质量,对"黄金叶(Y)"叶组配方中不同等级烟片进行干燥速率测试和感官质量评价,依据叶丝干燥速率对配方叶组进行了分组设计,并对分组模块进行分段干燥加工试验。结果表明:1不同等级烟片的叶丝干燥速度差异较明显,上部和下部烟片干燥速率高于中部烟片,造纸法再造烟叶干燥速率与烟片差异明显;2"黄金叶(Y)"配方A,B模块分别在筒壁温度135/110℃、滚筒转速11 r/min和筒壁温度135/100℃、滚筒转速10 r/min条件下进行分组干燥后,与不分组干燥相比,叶丝填充值平均提高了0.19 cm3/g,干燥后叶丝含水率标准偏差由0.15%降低到0.11%;产品感官质量提升了0.9分,焦油和CO量分别降低0.4和0.3mg/支。 For improving the quality of dried cut strips comprehensively, the drying rates and sensory quality of different grade strips in tobacco blend of cigarette brand"Huangjinye(Y)"were tested. The cut strips were grouped by their drying rates, and the drying experiments of the grouped tobacco were carried out. The results showed that: 1) The drying rate of cut strips differed obviously between grades, those of upper and lower leaves were higher than that of middle leaves; and drying rate also differed obviously between paper making process reconstituted tobacco and strips. 2) The grouped modules A and B of"Huangjinye(Y)"were dried at cylinder wall temperatures 135/110 and 135/100 ℃, cylinder rotation rates 11 and 10r/min, respectively. Comparing with the cut strips dried without grouping, the filling value of dried cut strips of modules A and B increased by 0.19 cm3/g, the standard deviation of moisture content decreased from 0.15% to 0.11%, the sensory quality scores improved by 0.9, and the deliveries of tar and CO reduced by 0.4 and 0.3 mg/cig, respectively.
