摘要
采用单系统双环境的测试方法对野外低温环境条件下的工程结构进行力学性能测试。通过加配测试车来构建双环境。试验时采用单一测试系统,其中测试仪器和测试计算机布置于温度比较高的测试车环境内,将能适应低温的传感器直接固定在工程结构本体上的低温环境内,利用专用的信号线实现传感器与测试仪器之间的数据通讯。位移与应变的对比验证性试验说明了该方法是准确和有效的。钢桁桥野外低温环境条件下的结构动应变测试结果表明,单系统双环境的测试方法可有效地进行野外大型结构的低温力学性能测试。
The single system across two environments testing method is presented for inspecting mechanical parameters of engineering structures on the field condition under low temperature. Two different environments are established by adding testing vehicle. Test can be carried out with a single test system, in which test instruments and computers are arranged in the vehicle environment of higher temperature, but the low-temperature sensors are fixed on the tested structures in low temperature environment directly. Testing data can be transmitted between the instruments and sensors by special signal wire. A trail of contrast experiments on displacement and strain indicates that the present method is rational and accurate. The results on a steel truss bridge show that the present testing method of single system across two environments can test mechanical behaviors of engineering structures on the field condition under low temperature effectively.
