摘要
为使机械专业课程的教学演示获得多角度、全方位的演示效果,并且提高实验室的空间利用率,设计一套多功能教学教具演示综合实验台。利用PRO/E软件实现机构三维造型、VC++完成软件程序设计和Ansys进行有限元分析,优化了综合演示台机械结构设计,实现了演示平台的升降、旋转,教具模型的切换及其定位等运动的精准控制。该设计体现了机械结构设计与电路控制部分设计的有机结合,对未来教学中的教学演示环节有着重要的参考意义。
To achieve the all - round and multi - angle demonstration effect in teaching mechanical professional courses and improve space utilization of laboratories, a multi -functional and integrated demonstration platform was designed. The 3 D model was realized by using Pro/E software,VC + + software was used to complete its programming and finite element analysis was accomplished by ANSYS software, which optimized the mechanical structure of the comprehensive demonstration platform and realized the accurate control of its motions including rising, lowering and revolving and that of the teaching model's switching and positioning. This design displays the organic combination of mechanical structure and circuit control and provides an important reference for the future teaching demonstration,
