多壁碳纳米管增强水泥基复合材料力学性能的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用球磨法将多壁碳纳米管均匀分散在水泥基体中,制备出多壁碳纳米管/水泥基复合材料,重点研究碳纳米管的掺量对水泥基复合材料力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:当多壁碳纳米管掺量为0.10 wt%时,多壁碳纳米管/水泥基复合材料3 d的抗压强度和抗折强度较空白对照组分别提高了22.00%和25.36%。在一定组成范围内,分散性良好的多壁碳纳米管,显著改善了水泥基复合材料的力学性能。 Multi -wall carbon nanotubes was dispersed in the cement matrix by ball milling method and then multi -walled carbon nanotubes/cement composites were prepared. The influence of the content of carbon nanotubes on the meehanicl properties was emphatically studied;The results showed that when MWCNTs con- tent is 0.10 wt% the mechanical properties of multi - walled carbon nanotubes/cement composites were in- creased obviously, its compressive and flexural strength increased by 22.00% and 25.36% respectively compared with the referee sample after curing 3 days. well dispersioned MWCNTs can improve the mechanical properties of cement composites in certain range.
