摘要
根据创新理论,结合现代企业特点,从技术和产品、商业模式及实施方案、行业及市场、创新管理能力、财政支撑能力5个方面构建了企业创新能力的评价指标体系,指标体系涵盖了20个2级指标;利用模糊集理论建立了企业创新能力的综合评价模型。在实际应用中用频数统计法确定各指标的权重,并建立评价集,通过实例对企业创新能力进行了评价,说明了该模型的有效性与实用性。
According to the innovation theory and the modem enterprise＇s specialties, the evaluation index sys- tem about enterprises innovation ability was constructed based on such five aspects as technology and prod- uct, business model and implementation scheme industry and market management ability of the innovation, and the financial support ability. 20 second grade indexes were covered. Comprehensive evaluation model of enterprise＇s innovation ability was established using Fuzzy sets theory. The weight of each index was determined by frequency statistics ,and the evaluation set was constructed. The enterprises innovation ability was evaluated through an example and the effectiveness and the practicability of the model were illustrated.
