玉米免耕深松全层施肥精量播种机播前碎土镇压轮的研制 被引量:10

摘要 玉米免耕深松全层施肥精量播种机不仅可提高工作效率,而且节约了劳动力;但播种时由于深松存在大量的土块和作物残茬,易出现播深不一致、出苗不齐等问题。为此,针对玉米免耕深松全层施肥精量播种机播种时出现的产生大土块、种床不平、影响播深一致性、出苗率和产量等问题,介绍几种安装在深松铲后、开沟器之前的碎土镇压轮。依据玉米免耕深松全层施肥精量播种机工作时开沟铲开沟后的土壤情况(深松深度、宽度、地表情况等),确定了碎土镇压轮的主要参数;依据碎土镇压轮对地表的压强情况及碎土方式,运用Pro/E绘制出碎土镇压轮的三维图型。 In recent years, in the Haihe River Plain ,the large using of no-tillage subsoiling planter which improving the work efficiency ,saving labor.But, because of the soil without tillage ,a large number of field covered by clods and crop residues.The issues of sowing depth inconsistent ,emergence of arrhythmia and so on are also appeared when working.In this paper, developing several pulverizer repression round which installed after subsoiler and before opener to against the issues such as seed planter bed injustice,covered with large colds,the impact of sowing depth uniformity seeding emer-gence and yield of precision corn planter with no-tillage subsoil and whole-layer fertilization.According to the working ditching shove soil conditions(subsoiling depth,width,surface conditions, etc) after ditching of the precise planter with no-tillage subsoil and whole layer fertilization to determine the main parameters pulverizer repression wheel,On the basis of ground soil repression wheel pressure condition of the surface and the mode of ground soil, drawing there-dimensional graphics by Pro/E.
