播种铺膜穴播机的设计及棉花排种性能试验 被引量:3

摘要 传统铺膜播种机在地膜上打孔播种容易形成板结,不利于棉花这种破土发芽能力弱的作物生长。为此,通过改进2BP-2型滚筒铺膜播种机,采用内外滚筒组合式排种滚筒加装舀勺式取种器,使之适合棉花膜下半精量播种的要求。同时,参照单粒(精密)播种机试验方法,对棉花进行了正交试验。试验结果表明:播种棉花作业参数的较优组合为取种器个数4,机器前进速度为1.0m/s,充种容积为12.5%,此时可保证穴粒数合格率在9 0%以上,与规定粒距偏差不高于5%,播种平均粒数为4粒。 The traditional plastic film mulch seeder perforates on plastic film, which easily forms harden surface soil lay-er, it is not good at the growth of crops which have weak break ground ability.The 2BP-2 rolling filming planter was im-proved based on this, and the scooping metering device was adopted that it could meet requirements of half precision see-ding for cotton;the structure parameters of main components are obtained by analysis of performance for the planter .Ref-erence to the relevant national standard, the orthogonal experiments was arranged for cotton seed.Experimental results in-dicated that it is optimal when device number are 4 , machine speed is 1 .0 M/s and seed filling volume is 12 .5%, at which the qualified rate of seed number per is above 90%, the deviation of seed spacing is less than 5%,and the average seed number per is 4 .
