摘要
为了解决目前大蒜播种机对蒜种调头能力差、播种不能满足农艺生产要求的问题,设计了蒜种振动排序试验台,为研究大蒜播种机提供参考依据。通过改变对蒜种排序有影响的曲柄长度、振动槽倾角、曲柄回转中心高度及振动频率4个振动试验台参数,进行有交互作用的正交试验,并对结果进行方差分析,得到最重要影响因素为曲柄长度,最佳试验组合A2B1C2D1。
In order to solve the problem that the garlic U-turn ability of garlic seeder is poor and the sowing can not meet the requirement of the agricultural production, we designed a garlic vibration testing machine to provide a reference for the study of garlic planter.Through changing the four parameters of the garlic vibration testing machine ( the crank length, the vibrate groove obliquity, the crank center height, the vibration frequency) which had effect on garlic sort, we made an orthogonal interaction and analyze the result by variance analysis.At last we got the most important influencing factor and the best combination test.
