玉米苗带秸秆还田旋耕施肥播种机设计与试验 被引量:4

摘要 为解决麦茬地小麦收获后留茬高、秸秆覆盖量大而导致的土地板结、整地质量差、出苗不整齐和全幅灭茬、整地动力消耗大等问题,设计了一种新型苗带秸秆还田旋耕施肥玉米播种联合作业机,可一次完成苗带秸秆还田、苗带旋耕、施肥、播种和覆土镇压等多道工序。田间性能试验表明:该机结构合理,通过性良好,秸秆粉碎长度小于10cm的达到90%以上,播种深度、施肥深度变异系数分别为21.5%、19.8%,粒距变异系数为27.7%,播种机作业性能满足设计要求。 In order to solve the problems of sow ,such as the high wheat stubble after harvesting,large amount of straw mulching,land harden,poor quality of soil preparation,emergence is not neat and high energy consumption because of full of ploughing.A new type of straw returning rotary tillage and fertilization maize planter is designed.Straw returned、rotary tillage and fertilizer、sow、cover earth and soil compaction can be completed by one-time.Field performance test show that, the machine design is reasonable,passing ability is good.Straw crushing reached more than 90%less than 10 cm in length.The variation coefficient for sowing depth is 21.5%.The variation coefficient for fertilizing depth is 19.8%. Planting distance coefficient of variation is 27 .7%.Field performance test shows that the planter meet the design require-ments.
