摘要 精细农业是实现农业可持续发展的技术支持,测产系统在推动精细农业发展的过程中占有十分重要的地位。本系统设计的电子车载动态旋转秤应用于联合收割机上,能够实现在其作业时实时测量产量,并将数据上传到测产上位机。机械部分采用新颖的旋转结构;电子系统主要由信号检测、A/D采样、旋转装置测速、单片机系统和CAN通信等几部分组成。经试验验证,系统硬件可靠,算法滤波能够减少振动干扰;静态测量精度可以达到±3%以内,动态测量可达到±5%以内,基本上满足了联合收割机测产的要求。 Precision agriculture is the technical support to achieve sustainable agricultural development, Measure produc-tion system played an important role in promoting the development of precision agriculture.The electron vehicle rotary scales that system designs applies to a combine harvesters.Able to achieve real-time measurement of output during operation and send datas to host-computer.The machine part uses the novel revolving structure.The Electronic weighing system composed mainly by Signal detection, A/D sampling, measure of rotary device, SCM System and CAN communi-cations Etc.The hardware is verified to be reliable by tests.The classic software algorithms filter can reduce the vibration interference.The static measurement accuracy can be achieved within ±3%, the dynamic measurement accuracy can be achieved within ±5%,the accuracy basically meet the needs of the combine yield monitor requirements.
