摘要
土壤开沟过程中的动态扰动问题是制约自动播种机在实际中广泛应用的难题之一,而复杂土壤参数的不确定性又为这一问题的解决增加了难度。从这一实际问题出发,对自动播种机开沟器的控制算法进行了研究,采用粒子群全局优化算法与控制模型相结合,设计了自动播种机开沟器电控系统的优化控制策略并进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:经过粒子群优化之后可以显著提高开沟轨迹的控制精度,有效抑制土壤不确定性的一阶扰动对控制效果的影响,在二阶扰动情况下与优化前相比轨迹分离差降低了约17.6%。
Furrowing soil dynamic disturbance problem is one of the most difficult problems that restrict the automatic drill’ s widely utilization in the actual .What’ s more, the uncertainty of complex soil parameters increases the difficulty for the solution of the problem .Starting from the practical problems , for automatic seeder opener control algorithm is stud-ied , using particle swarm optimization algorithm combined with control model , design the automatic drill opener optimiza-tion control strategy of electric control system and simulation , the simulation results show that after the particle swarm op-timization can significantly improve the control precision of the open ditch trajectory , effectively restrain soil uncertainty of first-order perturbation influence on control effect ,in the case of the second order perturbation separation compared with before optimization trajectory difference reduces about 17 .6%.
