摘要
7.5cm行距机械式小麦精量播种机将普通15cm行距播种机的行距减小到7.5cm,行数增加1倍,总播量与15cm行距播量一致,即采用加行不加量的播种方法使小麦更均匀的分布,从而达到高产。为此,针对第一代7.5cm行距机械式小麦精量播种机排种器质量大、摩擦力大、加工困难且精度不够、播种时清种片在清种缝隙容易变形卡住排种轮,以及播种作业中开沟器晃动导致重行等问题进行了改进。同时,优化了排种器的结构,重新设计了清种片和开沟器的排布方式以及整机总体结构,解决了第一代播种机存在的问题,提高了播种机作业时的稳定性。
7.5cm row spacing mechanical precise seeder for wheat is that row spacing decreases to 7.5cm and sowing is the quantity of 15 cm spaces .It is that row spacing is reduced by half and each row sowing rate reduced by half too , but the total sowing quantity is unchanged .The seeding method can make more uniform distribution of wheat and sow depth consistent .It can be reached the goal of high yield .In this paper ,improved design the issues as the quality of large mete-ring device ,large friction and machining accuracy is not enough ,when planting clean seed pieces in clear gap easily de-formed seed round , seeding operations led to the re-opener shaking of the first generation of 7 .5 cm spacing mechanical wheat planter .Optimized the seeding the structure .Redesigned the clean seed pieces and the way opener arrangement and the overall structure of the whole .Resolved the issues of the first generation planter and improved the stability of the planter when it working .
