摘要
排种器是免耕播种机的核心部件,其排种质量直接影响免耕播种机的播种质量。为此,针对免耕地表作业时,出现排种盘漏吸、种子箱架空、导种管堵塞等引起的漏播情况,采用555定时器和CMOS器件,为内蒙古农业大学研制的2BM-5型气吸式精量免耕播种机设计了实时监测系统。该监测系统可使拖拉机驾驶员通过显示器和报警器实时掌握播种情况,能够有效提高2BM-5型气吸式免耕播种机的播种质量。
Seeder is a core component of no tillage planter , planter seeding quality directly affect the quality of no tillage planter work .Due to the particularity of no tillage surface , can appear sometimes bells disc suction not seeds , no seed , seed box guide pipe blockage and the leakage sowing condition .The driver timely grasp of the situation can not , so the seeding machine needs a real-time monitoring system .In this paper ,based on 555 timer and CMOS devices ,designed the real-time monitoring system for 2 BM-5 type air suction precision sowing machine developed by Inner Mongolia Agricul-tural University , the tractor driver can display and alarm always grasp the sowing , can effectively improve the 2 BM-5 type air suction type no tillage planter seeding quality .
