摘要
为了找到一种有效的油茶果破壳方法,在研究油茶果的生物特性基础上设计了基于挤压揉搓方法的油茶果破壳装置,对不同大小等级、不同含水率的油茶果在不同滚筒转速下进行了破壳性能的试验研究。试验确定了在滚筒转速80-100 r/min范围时,该装置可以对含水率59%左右的新鲜油茶果进行有效的破壳处理,破壳率可达到97%以上,且破籽率控制在4%以下。
In order to find an effective method of broken shell of camellia oleifera fruit , the paper designs the broken shell device basic based method of rub extrusion after doing the research about the biological properties of Camellia oleif -era fruit.And we have conducted experimental study of broken shell performance under different roller speed for Camellia oleifera fruit in different size grades and different moisture content .In fact, it identifies that the device can effectively handle fresh Camellia oleifera fruit about 59%moisture content in the roller speed range 80r/min -100r/min.Further ,broken shell rate can reach more than 97%, and broken seed rate can control in 4%or less.
