摘要
苗盘输送装置是苗盘精密播种机关键部件之一,常用苗盘输送装置采用橡胶输送带、同步带输送及双链式输送。采用橡胶输送带、同步带输送苗盘,由于苗盘与输送带的摩擦因数小,输送过程中苗盘有跑偏及打滑现象,输送精度难以控制;另外,在较远距离输送时,由于苗盘和输送带重力作用,使得皮带出现弯曲变形,影响穴盘的输送精度。而采用双链式输送装置,可实现较远距离输送,但由于输送过程生产振动影响苗盘输送精度。为此,设计了一种新型的单链式苗盘输送装置,以克服苗盘输送过程中出现问题,提高苗盘输送精度。
Transportation device for plug tray is the key component of precision seeder .Transportation of Rubber belt , transpantion of Synchronous belt and transportation of double chain are the most commonly used transportation device for plug tray .Using the transportation of rubber belt or Synchronous belt , plug tray will deviate and slip , which affects see-ding accuracy; In the long distance transportation , the transportation of rubber belt or Synchronous belt , will be bended due to the gravity of plug tray and belt , which affects seeding accuracy too ,though using transportation of double chain can achieve long distance transportation , which affects seeding accuracy due to the vibration of the transportation device . This paper introduces the transportation of the single chain which can overcome the problems of the transportation process and improve seeding accuracy .
