摘要
针对矮化密植红枣的种植模式,研制了自走式矮化密植红枣收获机,通过分析红枣收获机整机性能指标和工作要求,设计了液压转向系统,对主要液压元件进行选型;运用AMESim仿真软件搭建了液压系统模型,设置了系统中主要元件的参数。仿真结果显示:转向驱动油缸满足实际工况的动作要求,验证了模型的正确性,为红枣收获机液压转向系统的开发和改进提供了一定的理论依据。
Based on the cropping pattern for dwarfing close planting jujube , developed self-propelled harvester for dwarf close planting jujube .By analyzing the jujube harvester machine performance and job requirements , design the hydraulic steering system and the main hydraulic components are selection .AMESim simulation software built a model of the hy-draulic system and set the parameters of the main components of the system .Simulation results show that the steering drive cylinders to meet the requirements of the actual working conditions of the action , verify the correctness of the model.Provide a theoretical basis for jujube harvester hydraulic steering system development and improvement .
