摘要
杏果输送过程中定向稳定性问题的关键所在是寻找影响定向成功率的主要因素,将各影响因素经过科学的组合对比,找到最佳组合,提高水果在实际生产过程中的定向成功率。为此,利用正交试验、高速摄像仪和动应变测量系统相结合的方法确定影响杏果定向成功率的主要因素,即入口通道宽度( D)、夹持带的速度大小( V)、杏子尺寸大小( I)。通过正交对比试验,得知底部输送带采用齿皮带时比光皮带的定向效果好,最佳试验因素组合是D=30mm、V=1.29m/s、I=34~35mm。利用高速摄像观测统计发现:杏果大部分在定向通道的第3区域达到定向稳定。考虑夹持片对输送带振动影响的情况下,统计出杏子的定向稳定区域主要集中于输送通道的第3区域,为杏子切刀的位置选择提供了依据。
The directed crux of the problem for fruit conveying process is to find the principal factors that affect orienta -tion success percentage , and contrast each factor by science combination , find the best combination to improve the orien-tation success rate of fruit in the actual production process .Using the method of combining orthogonal test and KMT dy-namic strain measurement system to determine the relevant factors of orientation .The value of KMT dynamic strain test retaining piece is consistent with calculated analysis of the data .And determining the main factors that influence the ori-entation of the fruit conveyor are as follows: the width of the entrance channel、the size of the speed of the clamping band、the apricots short diameter size .By orthogonal test ,gaining a group of optimum combination of experimental factors:the D=30mm, the V is 1.29m/min, and the I =34mm to 35mm.In the case of this experiment , the apricots of direc-tional success rate is greatly improved .By high-speed camera observation statistics , we found that:fruit directional sta-bility mainly concentrated on the fourth region in the orientation channel .Considering the impact of the gripping piece on the conveyor belt vibration , statistics out of apricot directional stability of the region focused on the third area of conveying channel ,and therefore to subsequent apricot segmentation of cutter location selection provides the theory support .
