摘要
针对喷杆喷雾雾量分布不均的问题,借助喷雾性能综合试验台,研究扇形喷头喷雾分布的均匀性,得到影响喷雾分布均匀性的主要因素和变化规律。同时,用正交方法试验得到喷杆安装高度、工作压力和流量对喷雾均匀性的影响,并通过数据处理和数据分析,得出均匀性较高时的因素水平组合。
In order to improve the uniformity of spray distribution ,by dint of the spray performance comprehensive test-bed , the main factors and change regularity that affect variable spray nozzle's spray distribution uniformity are researched and tested the method of per pen dicularity is used to analyze the influence of boom mounting height , operating pressure and flow,data processing and data analysis ,the optimal combinations of different levels , which based on main factors that affect nozzle spray's uniformity , are generated .
