摘要
现有黄桃切瓣半去核设备存在的智能化及柔性化程度较低、机械结构笨重、手工操作复杂等问题,设计了一套以PLC为核心的新型桃子切瓣挖核机控制系统。该控制系统采用西门子S7-200 PLC为控制核心,以西门子TD400C触摸屏为上位机,进行人机交互,并结合位置传感器等对原有设备进行改造,完成全自动黄桃切瓣去核机的控制系统开发,实现了对加工对象的柔性调整,使系统能够高效、自动地完成黄桃切瓣去核的工作。
In order to solve the problems of low degree of intelligence and flexibility , mechanical structure bulky , com-plicated manual operation , which generally exist in the existing mechanical equipments for peach cutting and enucleating . A set of control system based on PLC is designed .The Siemens S7-200 PLC is adopted as the core of the system , and the Siemens TD400C touch-screen is taken as the upper PC to realize the human-computer interaction .Combined with the hardware equipments , such as .position sensor , stepper motor , it achieves the transformation of original equipment and the development of control system .With it , the flexible adjustment of the processing object is realized and the work of peach processing can be completed automatically and efficiently .
