摘要
滚切式芡实脱壳机械需事先对芡实预切开口。为此,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,分析芡实切口长度与破壳所需最大应力之间的关系,并得到破壳最大应力随切口长度大小的变化的趋势。从分析的结果来看:当芡实切口长度为3mm左右,芡实破壳特性较好。分析结果在后续的实验中得到验证,对芡实自动化加工设备的研发具有重要的指导意义。
Rolling cut type hulling machine for gorgon fruit requires pre-cut an incision on the fruit shell .This paper studies the relationship between the incision length and the maximum stress needed for shell hulling by using the finite el -ement analysis software ANSYS , and consequently ,the varying trend of maximum stress with the different incision size is obtained.From the analysis results , gordon has the best hulling characteristic when the incision length is about 3mm.The analysis results have been verified in subsequent experiments , which has an important guiding significance to the gorgon automatic processing equipment research and development .
